The Little Spanish-English School is a bilingual education program that helps young learners master reading and language through immersive, structured approaches. The school is now working to modernize the Mary Pecci Method — a proven phonics-based literacy framework — by creating a scalable digital platform.
Problem
The Mary Pecci Method, while highly effective, was limited to traditional, paper-based classroom use. Teachers had no digital tools to track progress, schools lacked scalable ways to deliver consistent instruction, and parents had limited visibility into learning outcomes. To succeed, the solution needed to preserve the pedagogy, engage students digitally, and provide a viable business model for adoption by schools.

Impact (In Progress)
Early teacher feedback has already validated demand for tools that track progress and streamline lesson delivery. As this project moves forward, the goal is to deliver a digital MVP that combines effective teaching methods with engaging design, while building a sustainable business model for growth.
